Fleming’s background includes working with international, non-profit, for-profit organizations, mortgage banks and security, and investment firms. Lending her gifts and talents to brands including Groupe SEB, People Assisting the Homeless (PATH), and Merv Griffin’s Griffin & Company, LLC, she has transformed the foundations of many businesses, leading them into a great success.
A graduate of Ashford University, Michuan Fleming holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently a student in the Master of Human Resources program at Ashford University. She also attained the SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and PHR certifications. Fleming is a member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses, Society of Human Resources Management, Professional in Human Resources Association, and the California Unemployment Insurance Commission.
