Chief Operations Officer
Nicole brings with her over eight years of combined for-profit and non-profit experience. Nicole completed her undergraduate degree at UCSB, where she earned a BA in Communication and a minor in Italian. Following graduation, Nicole began her career in tech-focused for-profit companies where her work centered around program implementation and customer education.
After acknowledging her calling to help the underserved, Nicole enrolled in a master’s program at UCLA, and earned her Master of Public Health with an emphasis in Community Health Sciences. While at UCLA, she co-founded Equity Eatz, a food and entrepreneurship program for at-risk teens. She also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher and on the Data + Evaluation team at Community Health Councils. Most recently, Nicole worked at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority supporting the Homeless Count, and at St. Joseph Center as the Culinary Training Program Manager.
