Chief Program Officer
Noelle Stanfield is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health and working with unhoused populations. With a passion for helping underserved communities, she began her social work career as a HUD-VASH Case Manager at PATH. During her tenure at PATH, Noelle served in various capacities including Case Manager, Team Lead, and Clinical Supervisor. In her most recent position prior to joining SPY, she served as the Associate Director of Veteran Services. In this role, she helped to lead and support multiple programs under the Veteran Services umbrella, including interim housing, rapid rehousing, and permanent supportive housing. Noelle has extensive experience working in crisis intervention, community mental health, management, and clinical supervision.
Noelle completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at California State University Long Beach and received her Master of Social Work degree with a concentration in mental health from the University of Southern California.
