The Snap Foundation, endowed by Snap Inc.’s co-founders Evan Spiegel and Bobby Murphy, develops pathways into the creative economy for underrepresented youth in Los Angeles. It achieves this by ensuring nonprofits can deliver creative education, career exploration, and workforce opportunities. Grounded in values of collaboration, creativity, innovation, transformation, and trust, the Foundation works to advance equity so that all young people can participate in and shape Los Angeles’ thriving creative ecology.

Through Snap Philanthropy, our corporate giving and employee volunteer program, we extend this spirit globally across our office footprint. Through this work, we take a bespoke approach to program design and community engagement across three impact areas – prioritizing hyper-local relationships, authenticity and hands-on service to curate initiatives that leave a lasting impact.

Complementing these efforts, the Spiegel Family Fund supports organizations that contribute to human progress across the arts, education, housing, and human rights.
