Chase Engelhardt

Volunteer Program Manager

Chase began his non-profit journey at UC Santa Cruz interning as a community organizer, and then in Washington D.C. doing policy research, strategy development, and community engagement with a think tank on K Street. After receiving his degree in International Politics from UC Santa Cruz, he took his knowledge of program design and evaluation to the Boys and Girls Club, where he managed a volunteer program, a mentoring program for homeless youth, and an environmental education club. In search of more experience in the international arena Chase moved to South America, where he directed an environmental program and a youth development program in Peru, and worked on an urban farm and environmental education center in Chile. He also served as a consultant for community engagement for a range of local organizations there. Back after missing California, Chase takes his broad range of interests and passions and uses that to engage a diverse base of the local community in a litany of different ways. Contact Chase.
