Director of Operations
Originally from Cambridge Massachusetts but long time resident of Los Angeles, Dana Eliassen joined Safe Place for youth in 2020. He brings over 15 years of experience in operations and IT from an array of fields in the for-profit sector. Dana has built systems and processes as SPY staff have grown from 30 to over 100 in just a few short years. As a director, he continues to oversee both IT and buildings and grounds for all of SPY's locations while looking for cost effective ways to improve all of SPY's operations.
